Magnolia Complex consists of two buildings comprised of approximately 41,000 square feet located at 367-389 N. Magnolia Avenue in El Cajon, California. The space was originally a movie theater with some retail shop area and prior to purchase, it was being utilized as a house of worship. Diamond Development, upon learning of The Health & Human Services Agency’s office space requirement, presented interior plans for their consideration and review. Once analyzed and accepted by The Health & Human Services Agency, our design team worked closely with Health & Human Services to create the best final design, then proceeded to complete the build out, bringing the project in on time and on budget. The buildings now house approximately 200 County of San Diego employees and the facility offers Community Mission Critical Services including:
- Child Welfare Services
- Aging & Independence Services
- In-Home Supportive Services
- Public Health Services
