Michael Abrams – Principal

Michael Abrams has successfully developed, as the principal owner and operating partner, 73 commercial properties since 1982. The commercial properties he has completed on a combined basis exceed one million square feet representing more than $200,000,000 in acquisition and construction costs. The successful result of those 73 completions were the result of Mr. Abrams’ close work with his clients to understand their site and design needs. Thereafter, he focused his efforts for each client on site acquisition, planning and entitlement, financing, and construction of each project. Much of Mr. Abrams’ past work consisted of working with redevelopment agencies, city agencies, corporate offices of tenants, and governmental organizations to design, entitle, and assemble properties to meet the tenant’s specific needs.
